Each tenant, and all vendors and contractors hired by tenants to perform work or provide services in MGM Tower, must submit a certificate of insurance to the Office of the Building prior to the commencement of any work or service.  Please click on the attached Insurance Requirements for Vendor/Contractor Insurance Requirements.  For tenant Lease insurance requirements please refer to the Insurance provision in your Lease.  The required additional insured entities are:

		JMB Real Estate Services, Inc.
